Non-Google user submissions

Copy these questions, answer them, and email your responses to [email protected] include a link where I can download your video easily.

Remember your video must fit these requirements:
1. Video must be 15 minutes or less. 1 video per participant unless you are part of multiple groups/bands/etc. 

2. You must utilize at least 1 piece of circuit bent gear in your video or in the creation of the sound/visuals of your video. ( If you're not sure if your thing is circuit bent? send me an email to [email protected])

3. No nudity - Have fun and be weird just don't get me kicked off twitch please
4. All genres and levels of experience welcome 

SUBMISSION FORM:
- What do you call yourself? Name of your group of performers/band/etc 

- Where are you located? City / Country 

- What circuit bent instrument did you use in your performance/video. Not the crazy name you gave it... Tell me what it was before it was circuit bent. 

- Social Media: Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Bandcamp etc 

- Primary Contact Email 

- Photo of you! Your project! Preferably holding a circuit bent device! Don't like pictures of yourself? Maybe just a picture of the circuit bent device you used? Please format file name like this-  "Name of Performer/band/artist/stagename"  (only 1 photo please)
